REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM*

REGISTRATION FEE of a Delegate covers:
- badge for participation in all the Congress sessions
- registration bag with the Proceedings of the 10th WEVA Congress
- 2 coffee-breaks per each day on 29 January – 1 February, 2008
- tickets to lunch for 4 days: 29 January – 1 February, 2008
- Invitation to the Opening Ceremony of the Congress
- invitation to the Congress Welcome Party - 28 January 2008
- ticket to Gala Dinner with Show at legendary restaurant "YAR" - 31 January 2008 (preferable dress-code: business attire for gentlemen, evening dresses for ladies)
REGISTRATION FEE of an Accompanying person* covers:
- 2 coffee-breaks per each day on 29 January – 1 February, 2008
- invitation to the Opening Ceremony of the Congress
- invitation to the Congress Welcome Party
