TERMS OF VISA APPLICATION
If you are not a Russian/CIS citizen, you will need a visa to enter the Russian Federation. The application for visa should be made
in the Consular Department of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country. We suggest that when you apply for a visa, you
should indicate that you apply for a tourist type visa to the Russian Federation. To process your visa support, INEXCO Voyages needs
your passport details (passport number, date of birth, citizenship, sex). Please, fill them in the form provided above and fax
(+7 495 626 51 68) or e-mail: congress@inexco.co.ru to INEXCO Voyages (attention Mrs. Margarita Dmitrieva or Olesya Paramonova)
together with a copy of front page of your passport (with photo).
At the Consulate of Russian Federation in your country you will have to fill in an application form, attach your latest photographs
and provide additional documents that include Confirmation of Hotel Reservation (voucher) and Invitation Letter. To obtain your
confirmation of hotel reservation, please, select preferred hotel, fill in hotel accommodation form and send it to INEXCO Voyages
by December 01, 2007. Please, reserve your accommodation in advance to get special rates.
